What is Open science?

229101_LOGO_OSF_cycle

In the space of a few years, the process of scientific innovation, led by universities and research worldwide, has gradually tilted towards :

  •     an increasingly collaborative environment in which siloed knowledge systems are broken down,
  •     exchanges between researchers,
  •     knowledge sharing,
  •     the desire to make the results of their research increasingly visible and accessible.

This new paradigm, known as Open Science, is transforming the way research is carried out and how researchers work on a daily basis. Every stage of the research life cycle is part of Open Science.
